Jolie Fashion will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. WE DO NOT accept exchanges of any kind.
- Return request MUST be initiated within 6 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for full refund of the item. Shipping not refundable. Please note to wait for us to accept the request. When request is accepted, we will send you address where to ship the item back.
- If an item is ineligible for a Return, you will not be able to return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Accessories, Intimates + Bodysuits.
- All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Handbags + Belts.
- Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
- We do not offer exchanges, as our items sell out very quickly. When you get your return process you may purchase the item you would like online.
- We do not cover any shipping cost; customers are responsible for shipping costs.

**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.
After you place an order, it will be processed within 24 hours or on a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday, in that case your order will be processed the following business day). Domestic orders can arrive in 5-14 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days.
